Due to a high level of demand for appointments, we've introduced a cancellation policy. Cancelling less than 48 hours before an appointment will incur a 50% charge of the total bill. Cancellations made before that window will not incur a charge. Thank you for your cooperation.
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your hair for whatever reason, we offer a 14-day returns policy. Anything outside of this window will be looked at individually. Please don't be afraid to let us know — we always want the chance to make it right. Our clients' happiness is what matters most to us.
